For the man in your life

Be sure to have him watch this video. (Saatchi & Saatchi continues to amaze me with their work and talent.) Fortunately Kirk has never been in the doghouse in the gift giving department, but he has definitely spent time there!

This weekend was spent in total crafting mode - projects to complete for Christmas gifts was the goal. I was able to finish my version of the Family Gratitude Spinner. I am thinking of giving this to Kirk for Christmas.

Ali has done such a good job with this class and I just adapted it to fit my family needs. What I loved best about this class is that I was able to put it together in about a day because she did all the thinking for me. The part that took the longest was waiting for the paint to dry. I had the kit from Cocoa Daisy but I can see myself doing more of these with the stuff I have on hand. I also think that you can do this without the spinner and make this a 4x6 album...possibilities are endless with this project!

Cocoa Daisy is re-issuing this kit so be sure to contact Tricia for the details. You can also buy individual items at your LSS and on Scrapbook.com. The supply list in the class will give you the online suggestions.

Happy Monday!
