Cleanse/Detox Day two

First thing this morning was a little tough - I am feeling groggy. Hopefully it's due to getting used to less calories and not the flu!


Today looks like this:


Morning
  • Spark and Catalyst supplements (go here to learn more)
  • Fiber drink (from the Advocare Herbal cleanse)
  • Meal Replacement Shake (it's a little cold to have a smoothie)
  • Herbal Tea
  • Apple
Lunch
  • Salad - I am going to bring home a Wendy's Chinese Chicken Salad. Use my own balsamic dressing and forgo the string crackers.
Mid afternoon
  • Muscle Gain Protein shake
  • Catalyst supplements
  • Raw nuts pack - these are from Trader Joes
Dinner
  • Pork Chop - plain, done on the grill
  • Brocolli
  • Herbal Cleanse pill pack (right before bed)
This is going to get easier for me because someone is leaving to go bird hunting for a week in South Dakota. I won't have to watch him eat a nice juicy burger or ice cream in front of me!
