Sometimes I find myself going so fast that I don't stop to do this until it's too late - I fear this is one of those times. Ever experience this? You know when you wake up and wonder how you got where you are RIGHT now and it's 10 years later?
I saw this little sign in the Shanti Yoga Center today - it's an oldie but a goodie:

Weigh in today was finally something to rejoice over! Down -2.6 pounds, I was actually pretty nervous getting on the scale this morning because of the travel I did last weekend.
What really worked last week:
- Kept track of everything I ate (whether I knew the points or not) on my iTracker app - even if I nibbled!
- Was able to sneak one morning run while in St Louis
- Advocare meal replacement shakes for breakfast and watched my carb intake at lunch
- WATER, WATER, WATER!
